›Where is Punto Paz?
At Camino San Francisco de Asís 150, Office 411, Vitacura (San Damián area), Santiago, Chile — right by the border with Las Condes and Lo Barnechea.
›Is there parking?
The building has a private pay car park you can use directly: drive in, park and pay there when you leave. It isn’t exclusive to Punto Paz, so there’s no need to let us know or wait for us to assign you a space.
›What types of massage do you offer?
Deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage and the Masaje Punto Paz: our signature session, built with you around what your body needs that day. Every session starts with an assessment of your body from a physiotherapy perspective, and if you’re looking for an in-depth clinical assessment you can choose the Physio Massage, performed by a physiotherapist.
›How do I book a massage?
Book online at puntopaz.cl/reservar: choose the massage, the duration, your therapist and the time. You secure your spot with a $20.000 CLP deposit paid through Webpay, which is fully deducted from the price of your session — the balance is paid at the studio on the day of your visit.
›What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 am–9 pm · Saturday, 9 am–7 pm · Sunday, 10 am–6 pm. You can see each therapist’s real availability when you book online.
›Can I reschedule?
Yes. You can change the date or time free of charge up to 3 hours before your session; with less notice, rescheduling requires a new booking deposit. The deposit is fully deducted from the price of your session when you attend.
›Can I give a massage as a gift?
Yes — we have 60, 90 and 120-minute gift cards for a massage of their choice, bought online: the person who receives it chooses the type of massage on the day of their session. When you buy, you get a surprise link to send by WhatsApp or email.
›What is Club Punto Paz?
Our wellbeing program: joining is free, you earn Puntos de Paz with every session, move up through the levels and unlock exclusive benefits and memberships.
